Auto Content Recognition frozen screen

  • I woke up to turn my tv on and there’s what appears to be a terms of service screen but my remote won’t let me agree to it. I can’t access my apps unless I agree.. the screen is frozen. Anyone else having issues with this? I have an xfinity remote.. I no longer have the tv remote since I bought it several years ago and have no idea where it is. Not sure if this is the right forum to find answers.

    You’re experiencing an issue where the Terms of Service screen appears, but the remote won’t let you agree to it. Can you share more details? 

    Which troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? If possible, please share a picture of the issue as well.
