Australia channel / skynews Australia

My Australia Channel/sky news Australia app is not working. It was working perfectly until a couple of days ago. I am located in the United States and have paid a full subscription fee. When I open the app, it immediately closes and goes to the Roku home screen.

I’ve tried rebooting Roku and removing and reinstalling the app. Nothing worked. Please help.

    If you didn't perform a System restart found under Settings->System or Settings->System->Power (depending on your model) after you removed it and before you reinstalled it, try again.

    I would suggest reaching out to Sky news Australia customer support directly as they may be having a service issue.
