If you have the Roku app, you can select your device and go into settings. Then scroll down to "Adjust Audio Delay" Can't tell you how long it will last but it does fix most of the time. But I really feel the problem is more with the Spectrum app and may happen only on certain channels at times. Spectrum stinks but in some cases/situations, we don't have a choice.
