Apps not working, except Prime. How to resolve without updating tv?

Thanks for chiming in!
Could you let us know what specific steps have you taken so far? Also, try restarting the Roku device, and here are other steps below:
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System restart

The only way I was able to resolve my issue is to do the updates to the that once I did that everything was working like it should nothing got affected.
