Apps won't load on Roku Device

I have done all the resets that were suggested. I can not update the software. It says I'm connected, but the apps won't load. It started last night, when I thought the TV was buffering, turned it off, turned it back on, tried to do some of the resets, and now this morning, I can hardly do anything

  • Same here - for a couple days now, no luck with any paid apps. Freebies all work. What's up? I have reset, uninstalled - reset and tried all options. What else can we do?  Prime Video, Paramount + and Netflix all will not play. They open then they just spin or go back to home screen of app. HELP!

      To help us investigate further, could you please provide a few details?

      • Roku device model, serial number, and device ID. (This can all be found in Settings > System > About)
      • Tracker ID and OS version, and build (press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
      • Channel build version (highlight the channel and press the star (*) button of your Roku remote

    Try rebooting all of your network equipment (gateway/modem/router).  Simply unplug the power from everything for several seconds.
