Same here - for a couple days now, no luck with any paid apps. Freebies all work. What's up? I have reset, uninstalled - reset and tried all options. What else can we do? Prime Video, Paramount + and Netflix all will not play. They open then they just spin or go back to home screen of app. HELP!

To help us investigate further, could you please provide a few details?
- Roku device model, serial number, and device ID. (This can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID and OS version, and build (press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
- Channel build version (highlight the channel and press the star (*) button of your Roku remote
