    You mentioned that you're unable to open apps on your TV, and we'd like to take a closer look.

    Could you please let us know the model of your Roku device? Also, does this issue occur with all apps or only specific ones?

    We suggest you try restarting your Roku device by navigating to Settings > System > Power. If you don’t see a Power submenu, simply go to Settings > System > System Restart instead.
