Apps not loading on main screen

Thanks for reaching out. Apps are tied to your Roku account, so if you add or remove one on a device, it changes on all others linked to that account.
Do you have multiple Roku devices or recognize the email under Settings > System > About?
Let's see if this works for you:
Add the app using the Roku mobile app search feature. Please search for the Apps you want to add and select the option to add them back to your Roku device.Looking forward to your update!
