Apps don't read videos/series

My RCA tv (roku included when i bought it) doesn't play the videos,films, series etc. Since 2 days. I've tried to play some series on netflix, on roku chanel, on youtube, even with my dvd player, nothing's working, but the interface of the apps are working and opening. For exemple, I can go on the menu of my tv, choose netflix, choose my program, but when i press play, i have no sound and no images, i only see subtitles if there are some, and a black screen.

    Hi AriTou,

    Welcome to the Roku Community!

    If you are having an issue with your Roku TV screen going black with no sounds but can still see subtitles, have you tried unplugging your device for 5–10 minutes and then plugging the Roku TV back in?

    Let us know if there's a difference after.
