Apps are missing from the home screen

So the PBS app is working but cannot be displayed on the main Roku menu.  I have to search for it, when found it is listed as downloaded but can only be found (and used) via the search function.  Tho...

    We get that you can't see the Paramount Plus app from the Roku home screen. We're here to assist you with this.

    Let's see if this works for you.

    1. Remove the app using the Roku mobile app.
    2. Reinstall it again, either using the mobile app or the Roku device
    3. If you still can't see the app after adding it, try a system restart.

Here is the information requested. The YouTube TV app keeps disappearing from my list of apps and I have to go to the Roku app on my mobile device to remove and add it back.

Software Version: 14.0.4.12230

Device ID: S0J733CTH5DG

Channel Build Version: 2.24 Build 92

Tracker ID: Unable to obtain. Pressing the home button x5 and then the back button x5 does nothing. 

No video to see other than the app is not there u til I delete it from the mobile app and then reinstall it.
