AppleTV+ is only available to screeners that can vote on their shows.
I am new to AppleTV+ and would like to view it on my bedroom tv. Will there be an update so the regular channel will be available??

I'm not sure if I understand your question, but when I look at the US channel store, I see Apple TV and Apple TV+ screeners. The former is the one you want if you not an authorized screener.
By the way, if you can’t find just the normal AppleTV app in your channel store, then your location may be an issue. Oddly, these screener apps tend to be available worldwide, even though the main app (the one for most people) is restricted to just certain countries.
I am in the US. It does not come up when I search.
