Apple TV won’t play any videos suddenly

I’ve had my Roku for years and I’ve have had no issues with it until a couple weeks ago. I Recently opened the app and Apple TV won’t load anything it’s been about three weeks now.

I feel like I’ve tried everything. I’ve started off by deleting>restarting>reinstalling at least once a day. I’ve tried to turn my audio from ‘auto’ to stereo in settings we’ve tried to change the quality of the actual video being played in settings. We’ve tried to unplug the router and the modem with also restarting the tv with no change for Apple TV. 
All my other apps/ games on my tv work absolutely fine. It’s ONLY Apple TV. 

I don’t understand how so many people on here are having the same problem with no solution. I feel like both Apple and Roku are pretty reputable but the fact that no one from either companies has a come up with a solution is mind blowing. Like what are y’all doing all day?!

    We appreciate you for informing us about the issue you have experienced with the Apple TV app that won't play any content, and our team would like to investigate this matter so it will be addressed.

    To assist us in the investigation, we would like to request for the information below:

    • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
    • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
    • Channel build version (This can be found by selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button).

    The information we gather is important for our team to closely investigate the issue, and necessary steps will be taken for a resolution.
