Apple TV sign in issue

I’ve been watching Apple TV on my Roku for a while now and now it wants me to sign in again. I’m signed in on my phone so I just scan the QR code on screen, sign in and it says ‘Already Subscribed, your Tv should refresh’. A moment later my Tv refreshes and I’m back to a new QR code prompting me to sign in. I have restarted my Roku, checked for updates on Roku and the app, deleted and reinstalled Apple TV, finally I factory reset my Roku and I’m still having this issue. Can anyone help out?

    Thanks for flagging this concern directly to us. After attempting the troubleshooting steps and videos from the other apps, which play fine, we suggest that you contact the app provider since apps on Roku are maintained by their own developers.
