Apple TV app not working on Roku TV

Element model- E4AA55R

Hardware - 7815X

Serial number -VNOOH4052644

Software version -14.0

Device ID- OJ818H052644

We deleted Apple app and checked Internet connection and still cannot get the Apple app working on our Roku TV
