Apple TV + Screeners Channel?

My Roku Express only lists "Apple TV + Screeners" channel.  This channel is meant for press and will not allow me to use my subscription.  There is a link to "Watch on the Apple TV app" on the bottom of the screen but that doesn't do anything.  I have tried updating the software, and resetting my Roku but nothing works.

My other Roku offers the standard Apple + channel and I have no trouble watching from that one. Any suggestions?

What is the Roku model and model number of the one that can't get Apple Plus?

Apple lists their app as compatible with the Roku models below.

      Hi anajilly

      Welcome to the Roku Community!

Does the issue only occur on Apple TV Plus or across other channels installed on your Roku device?

Have you tried removing the affected channel Apple TV Plus and then re-install again? If not, we suggest starting there. In some cases, removing the affected channel and then re-installing it may help. Restart your device before re-adding the channel back in to ensure the process is successful. We recommend doing this through the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If there is no Power submenu, proceed to the next step.) > System restart.

For detailed instructions, refer to this Support link for more information: How to resolve a channel playback issue | Official Roku Support.

Let us know if there's any difference after.

      Warm Regards,
      Lianna
