App URLs Have Changed in Roku Channel Store Website, Old URLs Don't Redirect
The URLs for all apps in the web-based Roku channel store were recently changed to a new and much longer format. For example, the old URL for Hulu:

Unfortunately, the old URLs do not redirect to the new URLs, but instead go to channelstore.roku.com/browse. This means that all links from non-Roku websites to the Roku channel store are now broken - a problem for anyone trying to promote their Roku app by directing users to the channel store. Links from Google searches are also broken.
Why didn't Roku set up a redirect for the new URLs? They did this years ago when the format was changed. The original Netflix URL, https://channelstore.roku.com/details/12/netflix, still redirects to the newest format, but the URL from just a week or two ago, https://channelstore.roku.com/details/96da35e0bce6c184b61e445cc6e62203/netflix, redirects to channelstore.roku.com/browse instead of the new Netflix URL.
