Anyone remember how Roku/Paramount plus fixed the 4K HDR issue?

About a year ago most of us could not get the Roku to show the Paramount plus app shows in 4K HDR and then it was fixed, I did a factory reset recently for a different reason (prime app shows in tiny picture in upper left corner ) and now I cannot get the Paramount plus app to reflect 4K HDR badges and playback.

I have done everything, you name it I have done it including even connecting to my cellular phone hotspot for a different Wi-Fi just to see if that would change it, nothing has worked.  

I have done the following things:

Sign out of the app remove the app restart the Roku add the app sign back in… Disable pings in net work on the hidden menu, re-enabled it when that didn’t work…
