Antenna (OTA) Channel disappeared

I did a factory reset as well. IT DID NOT HELP. My local channels are still gone. Time is money, and I've spent more valuable hours trying to fix this issue than the TV (brand new) was even worth. ...

    Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Roku Community.

    We understand the issue you have encountered with the Over The Air Channel disappearing on your Roku TV, and we're here to help. We recommend following the steps below to scan OTA channels. 

    To access over-the-air (OTA) broadcast television on a Roku TV, you can connect an aerial antenna to the TV's Live TV input and perform a channel scan:

    1. Connect a coaxial cable from the antenna to the Roku TV's Live TV input 
    2. Turn on the Roku TV and go to Home 
    3. Select Live TV 
    4. If Live TV is not visible, go to Settings > TV inputs > Live TV > Set up input 
    5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup 
    6. Perform a channel scan

I am experiencing the exact same problem. I follow these instructions and the local over the air channels show up immediately after the scan. However, if I exit live TV, then go back to it, my over the air channels disappear. Also, the “hide streaming channels “ prompt does not work

I will have to try this myself. Mother in law's television i put in an antenna for her and got all of the locals but now there is nothing there except the streaming ones as well. Looks like an issue with their software.

    Make sure you are selecting the LiveTV 'Input' from the Home Screen.  Do not select LiveTV from the left side menu (streaming channels only).

    You can also rename the LiveTV Input from Settings/TV Inputs/Rename to "Antenna" (or a custom name) so you can make sure you are always selecting the correct one when wanting to watch the antenna channels.

    The above is only for RokuTVs.  A Roku device attached to a TV does not have this feature.  If using a Roku device, you will need to use the TV remote (not the Roku remote) to switch between the correct inputs/sources.

      Yeah, this is the mother in law's tv. It is built in and when i first hooked up her antenna,  the antenba channel icon was there,  but now its just the live tv one with just the streaming channels.  Im hoping this corrects the issue,  she isn't too technical when it cobra to going into settings
