America's next top model. Wrong show playing

Has there been any updates on this lately? The last I seen was from December.

    Greetings Community users,

    We appreciate you for keeping us posted about this and sorry for the late response. Please be aware that this has been corrected by the team. Supposedly, the problem is the description and the title of the show; instead of America's next top model, this should be SupermodelMe, which is playing correctly.

    We'll be closing out this thread now as this is resolved. Feel free to create a new post if there's anything the Community can be of assistance.

  • I went to watch America's next top model but it's not America's next top model it's something called supermodel me that's not what I want why is this happening

        We appreciate you for bringing this to our attention. Your satisfaction is essential to us so we'd be more than happy to find you the best resolution for this. 

        For clarification, can you please confirm that whenever you're trying to watch the show America's Next Top Model, are you being prompted at the wrong show/movie, or is there a different show/movie being displayed? On what app/channel are you trying to stream the show? In addition, would you mind sending us a video for reference? So that we'll be able to assess the situation better.

        We'll be looking forward to your update as we are committed to finding a solution to your concerns.

      RokuJohnB If you would like more info search the forum for Americans next top model. It has been described in detail. Roku said they were working on fixing it a year ago. Why hasn't it been fixed? I'm not explaining it again I've already made a post. So have others

  • It's been a year since Roku was notified. They claimed they were working on the glitch. Nothing has changed. Pretty pathetic.
