Amazon Prime Video app not streaming in Dolby Atmos on Roku 4800rw

I could be wrong, but I believe that PRIME VIDEO needs to see a 4K display device before it will send HDR or Dolby ATMOS. Other services may not have this requirement, which is why you aren't seeing the issue with them.
