Help!!! I recently bought a Roku Express 2023 and Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, HBO and other more popular channels are not available on the Channel Store. There is no option to search for the channels too. I am in Canada.
This usually occurs when there's a problem with your Roku account. If you created your account while outside of Canada or while using something like a VPN that masks your true location your account won't be associated with Canada. It can also happen through no fault of your own. The only remedy is to create a new account, factory reset the Roku device, and link it to the new account.
