Amazon App unusable due to video previews autoplaying
Hi Roku Community,
I'm new in the roku world, but unfortunately encountered a huge problem in the amazon prime app:
Scrolling through the available content, the TV turns black for a couple of seconds after EACH scroll.
This makes the app basically impossible to use.
This seems to come from video previews autoplaying, which changes the framerate of the player output.
I found this article which should resolve the issue:

but my player does NOT have an "Accessibility" setting 😞
I found no setting in the Amazon App to change this behavior.
The native TV Amazon App does not have this issues.
Any helpful feedback is appreciated!
