ALLBLK Channel not playing. Saying something about i can only have one subscription.

Im having the same issue and it’s so annoying because they took my money fast as **bleep** but it’s not really explaining why it’s saying I have two accounts when I only have one about to cancel!! I done  wasted 30 to 45 minutes researching this this is ridiculous!!
