All streaming apps disappeared from the Home screen

My Roku home screen is blank. No apps appear. All that shows is the main list on the left side of the screen ( home, sports, etc). I scroll to settings and nothing happens. Please help

    We understand you cannot see the available apps on your TV screen.

    Let's perform a troubleshooting to address the issue. Navigate to Home > Settings > System > Power. If you do not see the Power submenu, skip to the next step > System restart. After the reboot, you can also do a software update by pressing Home > Settings > System > Software update > Check now.
