We appreciate the necessary information provided with this. Could you tell us when you started seeing this behavior occur? Also, could you provide us with the details below?
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About).
- tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID).
We'll be anticipating it.

The same has started happening on my Express 4k stick, the apps are not being sorted correctly by category
