All of the tiles under Apps are the same?

All of the tiles, 20 under Apps are the same. Sometimes Movies & TV,  Kids & Family , all of them are games. Never seen this before.

    I’m having same issue only showing games under app categories.

        Reset doesn't fix it. How do I add a screen shot?
