All my apps on Home Screen disappeared. How can I make them appear again?

All of the apps on my Roku home screen are gone. The home screen currently displays empty tiles that are somewhat transparent.  Does anyone know how to make them reappear on my home screen?  Also, when I go to the streaming store, there is nothing there.

    Never mind, I updated manually instead of auto update. Only a few apps updated, but all apps reappeared on my home screen after that.
