Airplay no audio when streaming 4K dolby

My issue is a bit weird! Im using an app on my iphone (bein connect) and I airplay the channels to roku stick. Everything works fine. 
just when i change the channel to 4K stream with dolby audio i see the stream but with no audio. 
i tried the star no audio option, changed all the audio settings still no luck! 

i airplay the same 4k channel to LG , airplay working fine with audio ! 

any suggestions 🙏

    Thank you for posting here in the Roku Community.

    Have you tried a system restart on the device through the settings? How about a software update? If not, we would recommend that you do so and see if the same issue persists. Also, would it be possible for you to send us a clip of the issue? That would be very helpful for us to look closely into this concern.

    Please keep us posted on what you find out.
