After adding Hulu channel, it does not show up on Roku Ultra Home page

The first thing I tried was to restart.  Several times.  That failed. 

So I pulled the plug.  Waited.  Powered back on.  The Hulu app still does not show up.  Tried this several times. 

No improvement.  No Hulu app. 

The Roku channel store < channelstore.roku.com > will not allow me to uninstall Hulu.  It insists that Hulu is installed, but it doesn't show up on the Home page.

Roku Home page will not display installed Hulu app, even after restart and power down/power up.

    In desperation, I performed a factory reset.  Hulu now appears on the Home page.
