Ads for LED TV Series 6300, All Share, and ultra slim, suddenly running across the entire bottom of the screen. One of the ads goes almost a quarter of the way up the screen making it impossible to watch TV. How do I get rid of these. RUKU HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Thinking you may be in Store/Demo mode rather than Home Mode and these aren't ads, but banner overlays for this Samsung TV.
For most Samsung TVs, use the Samsung remote (not Roku remote) and go to Settings/General. Then select System Manager/Usage Mode. Set to Home Mode. (If a pin is requested, try using 0000).
You are correct…the TV was in demo mode. Thank you!
