It may not be apparent to many users that the various channel owners create, submit to Roku, and maintain the specific Roku-compatible versions of their apps that run on the Roku operating system. They also specify the Roku models they wish to support and the geographical regions in which their channel apps may be offered. Roku just provides the platform on which the channel apps run.
If you want to have a specific channel that's not available for your Roku model and region, you need to convince the channel owner to create a Roku-compatible version of their app, specify where it is to be available, agree to Roku's conditions, and submit it to Roku. - mstrohmReel Rookie

Hi, mstrohm
Thanks for the post!
I appreciate you for sharing your interest in a channel addition request.
I would like to inform you that most channels on the Roku platform are directly managed by their respective providers. If you want to add a channel on Roku, you can reach out to the channel provider directly and express your interest in having their app available on Roku.
Hope this helps, and keep us posted if you have further concerns or inquiries.
Thanks,
Roku Community Team.
