A alguien mas le falla el canal de hbo max al poner alguna película?

Cuando inicio una serie funciona bien pero cuando inicio alguna película se traba roku y se reinicia o se sale de la app de hbo max

Hola amigo, yo tengo el mismo problema llevo 4 semanas. Compre un tv onn con roku instalado en walmart. Funciono dos días luego me dio fallo. Tengo otro producto de roku premier y me da el mismo problema. El Amazon video también tiene el mismo problema. Creo que alguna actualización esta mal optimizada y es lo que hace que no funcionen las app. “La solución de eliminar la app, apagar el tv, y luego volver instalar no me a funcionado.

Can you provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? Are you experiencing an issue with Amazon Prime or HBO Max? Are other channels experiencing a similar issue? Are you able to access and play content on other channels?

  Es sólo el problema con HBO MAX. Tengo Roku Express, pero al parecer la aplicación de HBO requiere demasiados recursos para ese tipo de ROKU, y al parecer para otros igual. Al usar HBO MAX se queda pegado y hace reiniciar el ROKU, a veces no carga, y cuando finalmente carga, no responden adecuadamente los mandos de subtítulos u otros. Todo esto pasa solamente con HBO MAX, con ninguna otra aplicación. Gracias
