3820X streaming stick black screen playback

Many times when powering on the Samsung tv which then powers up the roku streaming stick, I can’t watch most video content.  Usually I get a black screen and only Audio.  Amazon prime gave me an erro...

    I would start by trying the supplied power adapter and not using the TV's USB port.  An insufficient power source can cause all kinds of strange issues.

    I just wanted to say it’s been a few weeks now and since using the Roku power brick usb adapter instead of the TV’s usb port to power the streaming stick, there have been no issues playing back any content.  The content can be in 4k HDR as well.
