I bought a new Roku device and I'm suppose to get a 30 day free trial to Hallmark. The paper inside box says when I activate device to accept free offer when shown. Nothing popped up for Hallmark on device. How do I get this? This is why I bought Roku. Thank you
I've run into the same issue. Purchased a new Roku that advertised the 30-day free trial on the box and included a card inside for how to redeem. It said to accept the free offer after activating the device, but I never received the prompt to accept it. I have checked my email repeatedly in case I was sent instructions, but did not receive any. I've tried checking the Roku site and the Roku Channel and couldn't find a listing for the offer. Tried doing chat but the agents have been no help. How do I redeem this offer?
