Hi I am having the same issue.
The Roku hasn't been turned on in a long while. I was expecting to have to change the wifi settings since our Wifi router has changed but its only showing the Roku logo when turned on.
i haven't tried reset because I am not sure if it will cause it to need to activate again which it might not be able to do as its an older model

kpetrossie That model is listed on Roku's page as a model that has been discontinued and no longer supported, meaning it cannot run the current operating system, and a lot of apps will no longer work. I would suspect that is why the device is no longer booting up as even if you do manage to get it to boot up, will likely struggle to connect to a network and work as you would expect it.

Just to double-check, have you tried restarting the Roku device and connecting it to Wi-Fi? If so, you can also try a mobile hotspot.
