1/3 of screen is shadowed from bottom of picture

We have a ROKU sound box running on our tv. It has a dark shadow about 1/3 way from bottom to top. It is not the that is causing it. It works fine. I can turn it on manually with the 5 taps on home, ...

Thank you for your help.  I am lost in this one.  Because the tv has only been on a short time, the dark part of the picture from bottom up is lighter but gets darker as time goes by.  I can restart using the manual restart.  But goes in and out all the time tv is on.

We are happy to look closely into this concern.

Could you name the channels, particular shows, or episodes affected by this display issue? Would hooking this Roku device to a different TV have the same result? Have you clicked on the star button on your remote during playback for additional picture settings?
