Please try to Prioritize this. Another user besides me has posted this issue is starting again.
Here are links to the old threat (that took 7 weeks and 300+ posts to get it fixed) and my new thread along with photos of the error and the app version number. PLEASE GET THIS FIXED ASAP!

As of the moment, our concerned team has an ongoing investigation regarding this issue. In the meantime, we need your help. Could you provide the following details below?
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID).
- What troubleshooting steps have you performed so far to reproduce the issue?
We'll appreciate your response regarding this concern.

Worked fine for a couple months but now back to getting the same:

please go back and look at the previous thread from March and April of this year. This is the exact same issue that happened before. None of us should have to provide all of this information again, because we’ve already done that. Your team fixed it before, they need to fix it again. I have sent a private message to RokuJanadeeK with the requested information. Hopefully the rest of you can do the same. Fingers crossed. This doesn’t take seven weeks and 300 posts to get fixed.
