11-05-2024 Roku will not allow me to enter any of the 4 active channels

On this date 11-05-2024, I can not get access to any of my 4 channels.  Can not find a way to get help.

Nothing applies in the F&Q.  Issue just started today.   11-05-24.   

Is Roku having an issue today ?    Because this is definitely a Roku issue.  Have contacted other friends and family that have fairly new roku boxes like me and they also have same issue.  Today 11-05-2024

Why does Roku leave it up to us to handle our own problems?   I absolutely do not know how to correct this and have spent at least 3 hrs. reading F&Q's that do not apply to my issue trying to find help.

    I don't see anything wrong here. If Roku had a big outage for 3+ hours, there would probably be 8000 posts already.

    It might help to list those 4 channels. There are thousands of Roku channels so I might not be trying any of the same ones.

    And more information might help - like at what step do they fail and is there an error message? Have you tried quick fixes like a restart? Sorry, I have no way of knowing what things in FAQs you have already tried.

    Are those friends and family using the same ISP?
