I am going to stop watching the Roku channel. The doubled volume of the commercials is about as annoying as the "Less Screaming, More Streaming" commercials. Both annoyances are swaying me away from the Roku channel altogether.
While watching anything from the Roku Channel app on my Roku tv, the ads volume compared to the content is excessively loud.
There is no “volume leveling” option available on any of the audio settings of my tv. Pressing the * key also does not show the other suggested fixes from Roku support or YouTube and other help channels for this issue. Likewise, I’m not using external audio like a soundbar either.
I’d like to be able to resolve this issue without having to continue to mute or manually battle with the volume of the ads on the Roku Channel.
