Way to go. Don't even bother to mention there are 4 billion senior citizens. Lol how about escalate it.

By all means, please escalate the complaint for the 4 billion seniors.  My mom turns 90 this month snd there is still NO ACCESSIBLE ROKU REMOTE.  I am tired of work arounds.  I want a company solution.
