How can I go from channels within the Roku Channel to live Sunday MLB games on the channel?

How can I go from channels within the Roku Channel to live Sunday MLB games on the channel? I think I know how to do it the other way around, but it seems like there's no way to do it within the Roku Channel's Channel lineup. Thank you very much.
