What is holding back addition of dstv now app and showmax to Roku, since casting of them don't seem to work from Android devices

DSTV for Roku is becoming an emergency. I have hundreds of clients wanting to ditch their Roku sticks for alternatives that support DSTV. Can Roku not respond to these requests or give some options.
