Plz add access for the AXS Concert Channel.

Roku does not create channels for other providers. You have to ask the provider to support the Roku platform, and offer it in your locale.
Roku only supports two channels: The Roku Channel and Roku Media Player. Every other channel is developed and supported by someone else.
