Ability to Block LGBTQP+ content
I would like Roku to add LGBTQP+ content to the list of things that I can block on my account as well as kids acounts.

I am a Christian and I also don't want to see any LGBTQ programs, ads or anything else like this, including Pride month whatever. I want the ability to choose what ads are shown on my Roku tv if I have to have them.
I would also like the ability to hide such content on the Roku Channel. Ideally I would love the ability to hide all tv-MA, Rated-R, and LGBTQIA+ movies and television programs. But if that is not possible, ca you please give parents the ability to hide specific titles on the Roku Channel, similar to what we can do on the Prime Video app.

I agree with one of the commenters. I would like to block any content with a reference to any christian content. My children should not be allowed to be indoctrinated with harmful content.
neonbunny If you hate Christians so much, and love your lifestyle so much why don’t you move to someplace like Saudi Arabia… Iran… Yemen… or Brunei? Places where it is extremely dangerous to practice your behavior. And very non Christian countries by the way I might add. Perhaps you should meditate on the fact that it’s primarily because Christians are tolerant, and that you live in a tolerant predominantly Christian country, that you have the freedom to post your hate speech on a website. And that’s exactly what it is. Hate speech. The very thing you proclaim to detest.
You can cry foul all you want. But it doesn’t change the fact that your behavior is not natural. Anatomy 101 proves it. If the whole world became you we would have no children. Your temper tantrum posts on a perfectly legitimate request wont’ change the fact that many parents, both Christian and non Christian don’t want their children exposed to unnatural behavior as harmless entertainment.

This thread has been a good read. 😂 Me and mine wholeheartedly support being able to block LGBTQP+WXYZ. Left wing crazies have gone too far pushing this all down our throats.
As normal people, we should not have to watch this on our television, and I definitely don't agree with it being shown on regular stations at all hours so children can see it! I think the gays, cross dressers, people that don't know what they are is very disturbing, and I don't appreciate having to see it on my television during regular shows that I watch. I can't turn the channel fast enough some times. Put these things on the disgusting gay channels, not ones that regular people watch. I haven't watched anything on ROKU for over a week just because I'm tired of the commercials, and I'll check to see if they're still on there each week, but if I see them, I won't come back for another week to check. Give us regular people respect, instead of giving it to the wack jobs! It's getting really old!
I totally agree. Im trying binge Exploration Unknown and I kid you, not every 2-3 minutes there's a AIDS commercial coming on with 2 guys kissing. I don't want to see this. I have tons of gay friends but they don't talk about thier bedroom life just like I don't talk about mine. If its a cool show like 'The Boys' or a comedy like 'I Pronounce You Chuck and Larry', I can handle it, in short bursts. This FORCING it down our throats evey 2-3 minutes and putting it in every single thing we watch, even Disney stuff has got to quit. Give us a freakin choice!
Not only this, but the nasty commercials for mature content they show on the Roku Channel and other apps, especially Paramount and Pluto, feels like these streaming services are no better than drug dealers.
Calling you out here Roku. If you care about families at all, tell your developers to give us some proper parental controls.

Agreed 👍. It's almost force fed. I'd like to block this content as well! It's not appropriate for children. Especially during June it's force fed on every app.
