Ability for Parents to Hide Shows on Roku Channel and in Search, Like We can Do on Amazon Prime

On Amazon Prime we have the ability to hide a show that we don’t want to come up as a thumbnail. Using it I can hide Rated tv-MA shows, or other shows and films with graphic content that I don’t want my family to see as we browse for new shows to view.

I really wish there was a law that forced companies like Roku to follow suit, but in the absence of such a law I ask you respectfully, for the love of the institution of family, to give parents who use Roku this feature.

It’s super simple… I press the * key, I select “hide show/movie” and I never see that show or movie again in my list of thumbnails. This is not censorship. This is choice. Let parents decide what they want to block.
