All my wired cameras are out. Can’t restart. Troubleshooted … power on. Modem restarted. System restart. Nothing is working!!!
3 out of the 5 indoor Roku cameras I have are saying the can’t connect in app but they are still sending pictures to the cloud

Same thing with mine tried unplugging and deleting the app but on my Roku tv I can watch the cameras but not on my phone and still getting notifications

Same. Mine quit working about an hour ago. Now they won't connect at all.

My indoor camera has code 45 on the screen and won't connect also I did all the troubleshooting steps and still nothing!

Same. Get the notifications & can view under events but nothing in live stream. Says “lost connection to camera” & gives code -35

Same! I tried resetting and now I my camera won’t connect at all , flashing red

I ended up uninstalling the app twice last night. The second time I reinstalled the app, my cameras, eventually, connected back to it. It took a little bit. They've been working since.
