[Under Investigation] Paramount Plus rewinds when "Skip Intro" button is hit

So it’s really worse than just skip intro on two of my tvs. It’s if you hit forward, reverse, 30 sec rewind, skip recap and skip intro. One of my tvs is a brand new Roku tv the other is a few years old. Seems to be a bug in the app. Here’s my device info:
