Thanks for the follow-up, Daveb101!
We'll be more than happy to investigate this problem further. Is there a stuck button on your Roku remote?
Please try using the Roku mobile app and see if that will make any difference.
We'll wait for your response.

I'm having the same issue. When I hit skip recap or skip intro or fast forward or rewind the episode restarts from the beginning (as in from the ads that play before the episode starts). This only happens with Paramount Plus, not with any other subscription/app. I access the app from the Roku Home Screen (on my Samsung TV). I've updated the app, I've signed out of the app, I've removed it from the home screen, I've rebooted my Roku device and then reinstalled the app. I've done this several times with little to no success (i.e. once or twice it's 'fixed' for one episode and then the problems return). This occurs with anything I try to watch on the Paramount Plus app.

I am having the same exact issue. Very frustrating.

I have had the same issue. I did updates, did a factory reset, and did everything I could think of. The screen shows a box on the right-hand side with two buttons (►► and Skip Intro). Trying to press the double arrows is useless... Solution. Press the Enter button in the middle of the remote... You have an arrow up, left, down, and right, and in the middle is the ENTER button. That works for me!

I opened a chat with Paramount+. They did something to my account on their side, I signed out of the app on my TV, removed the app, added the app, signed in and.... it's fixed.

Paramount+ upper level support has had me do this three times over the last month... doesn't work for me though. Still using the watch two minutes, back out, wait for the blue progress bar to appear on the episode or show, and then everything is normal for just that show "fix"

As I said. Hitting enter works for me? Maybe for you or others. Hitting the Fast Forward didn't do anything regarding skipping! So I was just posting a working remedy. Sorry your not getting the problem solved!

Most of the time on Paramount+ I've been having the same problem. It restarts from the very beginning (including ads) if I rewind, FF or skip intro. Once in a while it will behave how it is supposed to. It's very frustrating.
