I purchased a roku streaming stick plus today specifically for streaming nowtv. I have the same problem with mottled screen on most nowtv sports channels. I've tried the stick on both Panasonic and LG tvs and get exactly the same problem.
Very disappointed!

I cannot find the nowtv app version
I hope the technical team can treat this issue as a high priority.
