It would be nice if roku or hisense was able to troubleshoot and resolve instead of their customers doing their jobs!

Agree 10000%. This should have been an easy fix on their end by rolling back the update or doing a new one to fix the issue. But at least we were able to fix it ourselves! They better not mess up the next update or I will riot! 😂

Also no explanation as to why the setting changed on it's own after the software update.
